GROWING UP:
From Childhood Model, modeling the ‘mini skirt’ when it was released in 1967
To dancing lead roles with the Rhodesian National Ballet (1975)
Including ‘Clara’ in The Nutcracker
From becoming an award-winning Beauty Specialist (1981)
To founding and running my own ballet school for 23 years, (1979 - 2002)
I immigrated with my husband and two young children to a new country and gave everything I had to make it work.
SOMEWHERE IN THE HUSTLE I LOST MYSELF

I gained 10 kilos. I stopped recognising the woman in the mirror.

I became a certified personal trainer. Trained in Body Sculpting and managed to win two Silver Medals for Australia in the International World Championships.
I travelled the world working with celebrities as a makeup artist.

When I started with Her Smile, I had one big goal: to lose enough weight so my 4‑year‑old daughter could wrap her arms around my waist. I weighed 80kg, had a few old injuries, and honestly doubted I could stick to any program.
In just 12 weeks, I lost 10kg, even with my injuries. I kept going, and six months later I had lost a total of 20kg. My palate completely changed, I was exercising every day, and I felt like a new person.
When my new goal became fitting into my wedding dress, the one I bought 7 years ago, I lost another 4kg, and the dress had to be taken in! On my wedding day, I felt healthy, confident, and proud of what I’d achieved.
