Her Smile Clinic Etiquette & Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Her Smile for your wellness journey. As a boutique business, we deeply value your integrity and cooperation, which allows us to provide the highest level of service to all our clients.

Appointments, Confirmation, and Deposits

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointment Confirmation: We will confirm your scheduled appointment via SMS and phone call.

  • Unconfirmed Appointments: Appointments that have not been confirmed may unfortunately be canceled to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

  • Deposit Requirement: A $50 deposit is required to secure all treatments.

    • This deposit remains on your file and is credited towards your service on the day.

    • Crucially: This deposit will be redeemed (forfeited) only in the event of a no-show or a cancellation/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to pay the deposit means we are unable to secure your appointment time.

Late Arrivals

We run on a strict schedule to honour every client's time slot.

  • Arriving Late: If you arrive late, your treatment time will be cut short to ensure we don't delay the next client. The full payment for the original service booked will still be required.

  • Missed Appointment: If you arrive so late that the treatment cannot be performed, the full payment for the service will be required, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.

Gift Voucher Policy

  • Booking with a Voucher: If you plan on using a gift voucher, please provide the voucher number at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule on the day of redeeming a gift voucher, the voucher will unfortunately become void.
