Welcome to the 10 Day Program!

We at HerSmile have created this short online program to introduce women to how to stand, walk and exercise correctly from the privacy on their own homes.

By doing this we are making you aware of the importance of understanding how to take healthy steps so as to prevent injury to your ankles, knees and hips, improving posture and reducing pain, building confidence in everything you do.

This is something that Adele is deeply passionate about and has had 46 years of experience with teaching bodies to move correctly. Now at 61 she will be sharing with you what you need to know to get started.

This is a very simple and doable short program.

    1. How to improve your posture.

    2. To understand exercise and movement.

    3. Effective ways to do your daily exercise.

    4. How to present yourself confidently.

    1. Every day for ten days you will receive an email in your inbox with that day's task in the form of a tutorial that you can do at home.

    2. They won't be difficult and will be very motivating and a lot of fun.

    1. Completing the simple exercise task set for each day, for ten days.

    2. Providing proof in the form of a photo or short video (You don't have to show your face)
