Meet Her Smile Client Narelle Stoll.
Narelle says ‘Thank you Adele Haussmann for saving my life! Through your help, I have regained my fitness, confidence and health!’
Narelle Stoll first heard about Adele Haussmann and Her Smile when she attended a Zonta International District 64 event here in Canberra where Adele was a guest speaker.
Adele gave a talk on the importance of learning to move correctly to strengthen the whole body and prevent injury.
Adele spoke about the Her Smile Ten Day Spring In Your Step challenge being the best place to commence your health and wellness journey, and so Narelle signed up for the one in May 2022.
Her main goal and reason for working with Adele was to have more energy and confidence.
Since working with Adele Narelle has achieved the following:
• Increased her fitness from being out of breath when walking 4km slowly to managing 6km brisk walks in an hour.
• Losing 16kg in weight
• Achieving a work promotion with a new company in May 2023. After being made redundant in February 2023
• Achieving the Distinguished Toastmaster status in March 2023.
Narelle achieved all this despite a very serious health setback in August 2022 when she was diagnosed with a cyst on the brain and had to have brain surgery.
Following the surgery, she had 2 more seizures one in October 2022 and one in November 2022, which resulted in weakness in the left hand, and considerable loss of energy and physical fitness.
After the surgery last year and well into early this year Narelle was struggling physically.
As a result, she was made redundant and this turned out to be the greatest gift for her health as she now had the time to prioritise herself.
During this time, Narelle continued working with Adele online, and she went from struggling to lift 1kg dumbbells above her head in January this year, to strutting her stuff with 6kg dumbbells above her head in less than 4 months!
Narelle you have blown our minds with your incredible determination to regain your health. Getting back on your feet after the surgery and seizures was really tough but you didn’t give up.
During all this Narelle not only got a new job but was promoted!
