The 6 steps that changed everything and where you should start
Last week I told you about the ten years I spent invisible.
This week I want to show you what I built on the other side of them.
Because the thing about hitting rock bottom, and I did hit it, completely and thoroughly, is that it forces you to get very clear about what actually works. Not what sounds good. Not what the latest wellness trend promises. What actually, measurably, sustainably works for a woman in her 40s, 50s and 60s who is exhausted, time-poor and done with being invisible.
I searched for years for a complete system. Something that addressed not just one area but all of them because I had learned the hard way that fixing your fitness without addressing your style, or overhauling your skincare without understanding your body, only gets you halfway there.
The system I needed did not exist. So I created it.
Six steps. And here is the most important thing about them you do not have to take them in order. You start wherever the pain is greatest. Wherever the gap between who you are and who you want to be feels most urgent.
Step 1 — Body movement and posture Not just exercise. The way you move and carry yourself communicates your authority before you say a word. We rebuild strength, eliminate pain, improve posture and restore the physical confidence that years of sitting at desks and carrying everyone else's weight has taken away.
Step 2 — Healthy waistline Not a diet. A food approach designed specifically for women over 40 whose hormones, metabolism and relationship with food has changed. Sustainable, practical and built around your real life, not a fantasy version of it.
